March was another energizing month at SC Codeworks, and I continue to be inspired by the progress our team, and customers, are driving together! Last month we talked about turning operational complexity into clarity. This month we've taken it a step further. We are focusing on the areas where small improvements in accuracy, visibility, and process design create the biggest operational gains.
I'm especially proud of the thought leadership our team put out this month. In Total Retail, our article 7 Signs Your Returns Management Process Needs an Upgrade, lays out the warning signs of an outdated returns process and offers practical guidance on improving efficiency and reducing costs. Returns don't have to be a drain on your operation, and this piece shows how the right approach can turn them into a competitive advantage.
We were also featured in The AI Journal in "How AI is Empowering Logistics Leaders in 2026" exploring how AI is helping logistics teams improve forecasting and make smarter decisions in an increasingly complex environment. Being part of these conversations alongside other industry leaders reinforces what I see every day. The work we're doing at SC Codeworks is shaping how this industry moves forward.
Check out the two new case studies that speak to challenges we hear about every day. In 3PL Accuracy in Action: How Unified Verification Reduces Shipping Errors, we show how a unified verification approach within a WMS environment is helping one operation dramatically improve order accuracy and reduce costly mistakes without adding layers of complexity. It's a great example of what happens when the right checks are built into the workflow instead of bolted on after the fact. And in Scaling E-Commerce Fulfillment: The Power of Integrated Shipping for 3PLs, we dig into how integrating shipping directly into WMS workflows helps 3PL providers keep pace with growing order volumes. As e-commerce continues to accelerate, disconnected systems become the bottleneck, and this case study shows what it looks like when that bottleneck disappears.
Our WMS Realities series kept the momentum going with WMS Dashboard Reality Check: Is It Actually Helping Your Operation? This one hit a nerve with many teams, and I understand why. Dashboards promise visibility, but not all of them drive action. We break down the common gaps between what dashboards show and what operations actually need, because data without direction is just noise.
As we head into Q2, I want to thank our customers, partners, and investors for your continued trust and support. March was a month that reminded us why we do what we do... helping warehouse teams work smarter, move faster, and stay ahead. There's a lot of momentum heading into the next quarter and we're excited about what's coming.
