President's Note

January was a busy and exciting month at SC Codeworks as we helped our customers take their next step toward AI-driving warehouse operations with the Codeworks Enterprise 4.0 release. This next evolution of our platform is designed to make data easier to navigate, insights faster to act on, and decisions more proactive across the entire operation. At the center of this release is CODI, our AI assistant, which helps users surface insights and navigate the system with simple, plain-language questions.

We also continued to focus on sharing practical, real-world insights. Check out our new case studies that highlight how a custom layer-picking approach can improve throughput and accuracy. We also have a new case study that shares how a purpose built WMS can simplify UCC-128 compliance, reduce errors, and help warehouses avoid costly chargebacks. We examine why RFID is moving from experimentation to everyday infrastructure and why predictive analytics will soon be a non-negotiable in the 3PL environment. And in our WMS Realities series, we look at how fast growing operations can outgrow a WMS and talk about how asking harder questions early can prevent friction and rework later.

In our newest webinar, we dive deeper into our "Lessons From the Floor" series. Tony Baldwin shares what he has seen in real warehouses along with practical takeaways teams can apply immediately. This perspective is a great reminder that small operational details (when understood and addressed) can drive big improvements in efficiency, accuracy, and team performance. This is exactly what we designed Codeworks Enterprise 4.0 to support.
